SHIPPING POLICY
Orders take between 4-10 working days depending on the product/s. The various delivery options and prices vary depending on the area, weight, country etc. The shipping rates will be visible at checkout. Alternatively, collection at a neutral point is an option within Johannesburg and Pretoria areas.
Note:
The delivery fee will be free of charge provided the order is larger than R1 500. However, regarding international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs duty.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on personalized items unless the item\s are faulty. If this happens to be the case, please email us or fill out an electronic form and include your order number and images of the faulty item/s.
We do offer exchanges on products which are without personalisation. You will need to provide the full proof of purchase and the item/s will need to have maintained their quality. Note: You, the customer, will be liable for the delivery fee on return.
